Kilrah contacted me this evening to let me know the site was offline. Typical. I am away on holiday and things go spazy
Anyway.. it seems that the firewall system we used auto-updated, and completely screwed itself up!
It was allowing traffic in on port 80 (web), but not allowing the server to reply from the source of port 80!
I have resolved the issue - and all seems now to be working.

Note for dev team. and those who have my personal contact details.. PLEASE. do get in touch via my other contact info if you notice anything odd like this. The site should not drop off line, so most likely if it has - I am simply not aware and need to be told
