Simulation of THs and TH% in Timer Mode incorrect?

Hi,
If I set up a timer for a model in eePe and select "THs" in Timer Mode for trigger A and then click on "Simulate", the timer commences immediately even though the throttle is at minimum (-100). When I write that same code to my 9X, it works correctly in that the timer doesn't commence until the throttle is moved from the minimum position.
The same problem exists for TH%.
I guess that this is a bug in the "Simulate" code within eePe?
