USB connection problem

Post by taag »

Hi,

when I connect the radio to my pc with Windows 10, in "device manager" I find "STM device in DFU mode" and on the display of the radio nothing appears. If I try to switch on the power of the radio, it appears only "9xtreme". In both cases "companion" software doesn't recognize my radio. What is the problem? Thanks a lot

Power on holding both horizontal trims held towards the centre. The radio should start in 'bootloader' mode. Then plug the USB cable in.

And you should use "Eepskye" with the 9xtreme radio, not Companion.

The 9xtreme is only supported by Ersky9x and its editor is Eepskye.
OpenTX does not run on that board, so better not use Companion with it.

Go to www.er9x.com to get eepe and eepskye. Just below this post there are 2 links. One of them takes you to some video tutorials. A couple of them are about Eepskye, and how to get it, install it, work with it, etc..
