Hi, welcome to the forum.. Could you please be a bit more specific?
What you want to do? record yourself? or use some kind of text to speech converter? Have a look at the file I've attached. See if it is what you need..

I use Balabolka with Microsoft Speech Platform :

Just want to add my own files so rather than saying say: mode 1 - I want it to say what Eva I wanted too, as far as the voice I'm happy with her voice, I would like to change the welcome message too

look on companion www. There You will find small program for converting text to speach.
if I good remember, that small program is also included in latest Companion for PC
