I have mine turnigy 9xrpro update.
it is now rebooting with normal start up.
In the connecting menu it is steady.
Have tried different firmware, it doesn't matter.
Then I reset the eeprom and reflashing te Atmel chip with SAM-BA.
It is stil the same, the TX is rebooting by normal start up.
After flashing the TX reboot

Are you using "ersky9xr_rom.bin"?
What revision of the firmware are you using to flash?
