Pc is not recognizing turnigy 9xr pro after erasing atmel chip

I used the reset button on the bottom of my 9XR Pro (next to the usb and SD card slot) thinking not knowing it would erase the Atmel chip.
Pc recognized few times then there was not recognition at all.I need help to flash chip with new firmware.

The atmel chip is erased and there is blank blue screen. There is not sound when I connect to Pc nor recognition

Make sure you plug the USB connector in fully. It may take a significant push and then 'click' into place.

I connected it fully still no answer and also tried on other pc,no result

Did you try another usb cable? Is the RESET button on back of tx free or stuck?

i tried with different cable and reset button is free

The "SAM-BA" boot code in the processor is in ROM and should therefore respond to a USB connection.
Were you having problems before you used the reset button?
You could try repeating the reset operation with the button, then using the USB.

After resetting once again the usb is working
