Having my quadcopter(NAZE32) connected to my CleanFlifght GCS all the motors spin.

You need to look in the GCS that the signal is properly received from the receiver and corresponds to what's needed.

IN GCS receiver section I see two running lines.
Radio sticks movement give no reaction.
Dont know what kind of adjustments are to be made.
