No sure where to ask?

Post by farmertom »

HI,
I have always got friendly and knowledgeable information here so I thought I would ask.
I have just purchased a new Taranis X9D + radio. Have not received it yet.
I am confused about firmware chooses. Can someone explain what my choices might be, and a few pros and cons?
Thanks for any info. Sorry I am so clueless.

Two main choices are opentx and ersky. While open tx has more templates ready to just copy and play , ersky is more powerfull if you decide to start hardware mods on your tx. Both are really capable of getting the job done
Also i think opentx has bigger community
