Help with T-Rex 450 Sport setup

Hi, I´am new in the hobby and I´d really appreciate any help with setting up my T-rex 450 Sport (flybar heli) on FrSky Taranis Plus. Is there anybody willing to help me set it step-by-step? I think it´s better than using some template. I know it´s silly request but I´m really strugling with this for a week now and get only few results. Starting to be pretty frustrated. I´ll be grateful for any help.
