Re: Any chance to add the Pro Micro Board to OSX in the near future ?

The maple mini and the Blue Pill use basically the same processor. Well, the Blue Pill is supposed to have an STM32F103C8, but despite being marked like this, it actually has an F103CB version that has 128kb flash. The same as the Maple Mini. I know because in some projects I use much more flash mem...

Er9x is a wonderful firmware. Abd it is still being maintained for this radio as far as I know.

I would like to see it on the STM32F103 based Blue.Pill board.
It is great, fast, lots of memory, and it costs next to nothing. :)

Sorry, my phone tricked me and i thought I saw 2 different threads.. :(
My bad.

Check for shorts on the output path of the 3.3V regulator, now that you lifted it's pins.

Re: Did I erase my radio/chip? Or just fry a regulator?

Check for shorts on the processor pins. I hope you didn't kill it with some short. :( And please keep the subject in only one topic, I think I have already answered the same question on another topic. Like this the information will be scattered and it will be difficult to provide some decent help :(...

Re: Antenna Directions

Offsetting the transmitter 45 degrees introduces 3 dB of loss between the vertical and horizontal antennas on the aircraft. This is as well as any pattern loss. Yes, but you have more chances that the side of the TX antenna is pointed at the aircraft. Also, normally the aircraft flies at an angle i...

Re: Antenna Directions

According to my experience, if you fly gliders, normally overhead, both antennas horizontal on the plane and at 90 degrees to each other.. Radio antenna also horizontal. For normal (acro) flying, in my opinion, one antenna horizontal along the fuselage, and the other vertical. Radio antenna pointing...

Mike, is it only for the 9XT or does it also work with other radios? I am asking because the other apps work on all radios, I think?
But EEPROMs are different..

I have just checked on my 9xtreme radio. You do have a "Restore" option in the Radio "Settings / EEPROM" menu. You can use it to restore the EEprom you have saved to the SD Card.

Re: Firmware for Turnigy 9RXpro

OpenTX does not support the PRO anymore, as far as I know, and some people have also reported problems that I think were not fixed. Your best option for that radio is still ErskyTX. It is still being maintained and developed. try www.er9x.com for the latest releases of ErskyTX. Here you find ErskyTX...

I don't have the radio with me at the moment, but you can check in the Radio Settings/EEprom. You might have to unlock the menu by holding the left horizontal trim to the left at power ON. :)

Well, I think there would be interest for models running on 6s as it is much more accurate. Also multiple sensors would be good for models with more than 1 battery. At the moment I am building a model that will probably have a battery powering each of the 2 motors.. So, two batteries. I still didn't...

Re: RE: Re: 6S with Temperature

Please note that the voltages of the 6th cell will perhaps not be very accurate because it will be calculated substracting total 5 cells voltage from total 6 cells voltage. A small error on total 5 cells voltage and on 6 cells voltage will have a much greater impact on the difference. Hi Michel, I ...

If you search these forums, I did modify one of my 9x radios to hall sensor. I built the sensors using its own potentiometers, some magnets, and hall sensors. Can't say it was an easy task, but they seem to work, even after a few years :) I am not near my PC at the moment, so I can't post any link. ...
