Any carbon parts around them?

Re: Yet another help request: Trainer/trainee, two 9X's ...
Please post a good picture of the trainer menu on the teacher radio.
Also, the student (Trainee) radio should not have the same model as the trainer radio. It should have just a default model with the main 4 mixes..

Re: Help - stuck in HI rate + LOW EEPROM alert
Mike, what about the possibility of adding an External Eeprom module? I use a few on some of my projects, but they are i2c.
I believe there are also SPI Eeprom chips.. They shouldn't need many components also. Quite easy to connect, I would say.

It could be a broken or disconnected Antenna on the MPM.

Re: A Simple Auto Launch System
I remember doing something similar a few years ago, but on Er9x, not OpenTX. As far as I remember, I would hit a switch, then had to launch the model right after, then a couple seconds later the motor would turn ON, to the throttle position setting, not necessarily to full throttle.

But DO NOT insert or remove the module while the radio is ON. That could damage it.

Mike, you could still use it to adjust a global variable, if you use it combined with a key to change screens..

Are you using companion to flash Er9x?
I think you should use Eepe instead. Get it here:

Re: Green processor issues.
Well, I don't have any radio with that processor, and if I did, first thing I would do would be replacing it :) So, I have no experience with it. But I think other users did flash it successfully with Er9x. I am not sure, but I think Mike made a special version for it. I think it might be one of the...

As I suggested, try ErskyTX. You might get a good surprise. Maybe you like it. Well, I do. It is the firmware I use on all my radios.

Re: Turnigy 9XR-Pro
OpenTX, as far as I know, doesn't develop for that radio anymore. I believe there are even some bugs / problems that were never fixed. I think your best option is to flash ErskytX. It is still being developed for all supported radios, and the Pro is one of them. It is also an excellent firmware with...

You could also have voice on your 9x radio. But you would have to build a board for it yourself.
I have a 9x radio with stock board that has both voice and an encoder. I did upgrade the processor to an Atmega2561 though.

They are script files for ErskyTx. Actually I think that since a while there is only one that does both transmitting and receiving.

I can, but I use another firmware..
With ErskyTX I can transfer models and other files between transmitters via bluetooth Your radios must have Bluetooth of course Here is a video I made..

I didn't say it shouldn't be ported to the Pro-Micro.. I just said I would like to see it on the Blue Pill also. If ported to both, even better. It gives more possibilities.kalle123 wrote:Yes, but the Nano is bigger, just like the blue pill ...

Funny, I have projects using 98% of the 128K flash memory and they work well.
But I have also encontered a couple.chips that do not work on these same projects.
I thought it was because of fake chips, not defective ones
