Re: Jumper t-lite: servos twitching in fail-safe

You should read the note in the multiprotocol documentation that specifically lists what you have to do to use failsafe with HoTT to avoid that.

Re: Powering on the transmitter while USB is connected

That won't change the fact that the radio can't turn on if the USB cable is plugged in. I guess you could just never turn it off...

Because why would you add more sensors with the associated costs and extra wiring when all the info's already available from the ESC?

The hardware is designed so that when the USB is plugged with power off the controller boots in DFU/firmware flashing mode.

I had some pics at 101Kb that didn't display, so I guess there's a 100K limit.

Re: OpenXsensor vario for FlySky

As you were told in another thread OpenXsensor doesn't support FlySky.

There seems to be another thing that supports it but it's a completely different project, you'll have to read the instructions there.

Re: Taranis Q X7 with USB failure

Trying to turn on with USB connected will not work, but not cause damage.
You say it turns on so it's unlikely the STM is damaged.

Since the USB port works when off it seems that's OK too so it's not clear what issue there could be...

Re: New beta version of openXsensor (=openXvario)

Flysky isn't supported AFAIK.
It is compatible with :

The Multiplex receivers
The Frsky receivers : D series (HUB protocol) and X series (Smart Port protocol).
The Graupner receivers (Hott protocol)
The Jeti receivers (EX protocol only)

You probably didn't have "internamulti" selected in companion before downloading/flashing firmware.

Re: Will OpenTX work out of the box with 9XR and Express LRS?

No.
Support for the 9XR was dropped years ago, and that radio didn't have anywhere near enough resources for lua nor peripherals needed to talk to modern modules at the speed they expect.

Re: x9 lite doesnt work via USB with my PC

If there isn't even a "connected" sound and you tried several known good cables it seems the USB port on the radio might be damaged.

Just in case try fully charging the batteries first, the FrSky radios that charge through USB sometimes draw too much current and cause the PC to disconnect.

Why not? The G-RX8 came out long before ACCST2, there should be no issue using it on V1.

Re: Fi old discontinued frsy receivers work with new firmware

FrSky have released ACCST2 firmware to fix an issue with ACCST, but both are not cross-compatible so if you update to it you have to update all your equipment. And if new firmware is released it's usually to fix problems, so it makes sense updating anyway.
