Re: Ersky9x + UHF module interferences
Thanks a lot guys for those answers. If i have time i will have a look at removing pots and sticks cables to see if they are causing that or if it is due to the ersky9x board itself. For information it was recorded with output power at 1.5W, il will try 2.5W later, i don't know if i will need it yet...

Ersky9x + UHF module interferences
Hi everyone, i'm currently installing an RMILEC UHF module on my Sky9x (Ersky9x B1 board with open9x) it's almost ok: i'm facing important audio noise and somme ppm output flickering. You can listen to that noise on the following video. [BBvideo 425,350]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZhWfZLr0vPI[/BB...

Re: Your best loved open9x feature.
I love the "diff" feature in custom switches, with that i can read loudly the value of a pot, i appreciate it a lot when i'm wearing my FPV goggles.

Re: Voice on open9x / ersky9x board
I made a few fly today with r1266, i've never faced such an issue. What??? This banner should appear only when writing to the SD! Anybody confirms this issue?

Thanks !
I confirm that it's now OK with r1340.
I'm still facing issue 81 which could be a bit similar.

Re: Voice on open9x / ersky9x board
It worked with my old 211 eeprom, but there is still some offset for frsky telemetry items (Note that i got an ARM board):
On custom switches screen RX on C9X became TX, TX -> Tmr2 and so on.
I opened an issue a few days ago for that:

Re: Voice on open9x / ersky9x board
Thanks a lot. I've compiled r1253, and its OK now. I noticed that i've lost all my CS and FS, should i wait for a new companion9x for an EEPROM conversion ? PS1: please note that there is 2 definitions of sdInit() in actual ersky9x/diskio.c, you need to remove the first one in order to compile. PS2:...

Re: Voice on open9x / ersky9x board
If i create a new model with 2 CS like this
!THRm Play sound ENGOF
ONm Play sound MDL01
I hear the following things when selecting the model: MDL01 -> ENGOF -> MDL01
That's not a big deal, but i was just wondering if i was missing something
(i was not expecting the MDL01 repetition)

I've finally managed to compile c9x on windows, my Qt version was wrong, i made a comment on the wiki page if other people face the same problem i was.

Re: companion9x ersky9x problem
Unfortunately it is no more possible to type decimal values for A1/A2 on Custom switches, seems to be the consequence from relocation with RX/TX.

C9x seems a bit harder to compile on windows than open9x.

Re: New custom switch functions
I like this new function, with a CS like P1 |diff|>1 and a voice announce you can have your gyro pot value spoken if you tune it slowly.
(If you turn it too fast only the first value is said due to the audio conception, but it's not really an issue)

Re: Voice on open9x / ersky9x
As a foot note i tried voice messages and they work fine, the only nuisance is that when you select the wav file from the drop down menu the system acts like it does something else and it misses the key up or down pressed by the user. I get used to it by taping rapidly up or down to navigate throug...

Ok i will show him.
And about the delay that seems no more applied when i'm using 1% of CH5 do you think it's due to the way it is coded ?

Re: Voice on open9x / ersky9x
I found a way to ameliorate it:
SW6: ch9 == ch10
CS: SW6m read value CH5
I noticed that read value when CH5 is equals to 100 is "one thousand" (in french since i'm using open9x fr for ersky9x)
Is it normal ? I can handle it of course, that was just to know if i was pointing a bug.

Re: Voice on open9x / ersky9x
We're close to it, now the value is spoken once P3 is rotated, but this is of course the value when i started the rotation not the one when i ended it. By the way it works ok when using 10% of the channel value, when i try with 1% it seems that the delay is not applied anymore (or maybe multipied by...

Very interesting !
I've just tried it, unfortunately the decimal digit of my CH5 flickers, so my linked channel is always different from the original one resulting in a continuous voice announcement

Re: Voice on open9x / ersky9x
Mike, on ER9X/Erksy9x , is there a way to have a custom switch that would trigger when there is no telemetry ?
I would appreciate having a dedicated voice to announce "No telemetry" or "Telemetry lost"
Regards
