I use Excel 2007 which has a problem reading .csv.
Just rename the .csv to .txt
open it with excel as a text file while selecting comma as a separator.

Re: Flaperon with pot

Besides of all the programming: Does the plane you want to use for testing have symmetrial or asymmetrical airfoil? Keep in mind that with using flaperons a plane with asymmetrical airfoil is prone to tip stalling. This is one reason for differential aileron throw (more throw upward than downward). ...

Re: Can't trust my radio :-(

João, your problem brings an option to my mind that may be good to test connections with short interruptions. In a former life as a (hobby) sound engineer I had a tool to check microphone cables. You had to plug both sides of the cable into the tool. For each core there was a LED that lit. With a to...

Hi João,
I would be careful with soldering crimped connectors where the wires are often bent.
The wires tend to break where the solder ends ...

Re: New bug possibly discovered on 9x ("pot no. 3 bug")

But please note that there is a little difference:
The horizontal trims ARE tied to analog ground (stock) and should be tied to digital ground
but the pots ARE tied to digital ground and (maybe) should be tied to analog ground!

Re: New bug possibly discovered on 9x ("pot no. 3 bug")

If I think of the trim problem caused by digital ground
and then remember the terrible scratching sound of a dirty or hardly used pot in an audio amplifier
I wouldn't be surprised if analog ground for the pots could solve the problem ... ;)

Re: Making 5.8 GHz. Antenna

Slightly longer than 12.9mm should be better as daedalus66 wrote. But Imho 2 mm difference are too much away from the aimed value (17%). This may work, but I think the signal would be much better with correct length. The piece of tube you can see as a kind of counterbalance for the antenna rod. Klaus

Re: Making 5.8 GHz. Antenna

Hi bob, it has be found that the best length for a rod antenna (mono pole) is 1/4 of the wave length called lambda (λ). This wave length can be calculated as I wrote in my last post or e.g. here . For 5,8 Ghz you should trim the end to a length of 13mm. Using the whole length of 31mm is not "sl...

Re: Making 5.8 GHz. Antenna

Hi Bob, I'm not an expert but can it be you mixed some digits? With 2,40GHz (start of band) I would expect l = λ/4 = 31,2 mm and with 2,48GHz (end of band) I would expect l = λ/4 = 30,2 mm. So the best length should be somewhere in-between (30,7 mm). So for 5,8 GHz (which is mid of the frequency ban...

Is your switch a single pole or dual pole switch? If dual pole you can use one pole for the 6-pos-switch and connect the second pole to a 3-pos-switch. Just like using a 6pos and a 3pos switch which can provide up to 18 positions (3 x 6) With some logical switches you can capture the 16 positions. (...

Hy Tony,

take a look into the directory where eepe is installed.
There you will find eepskye.exe.
Just right-click on it and choose "send to desktop".
Then you will find an icon for eepskye on your desktop.

You have to distinguish between two separate things:
