With the trims held in you're doing a short press of the power button and not a long one, right?

Re: 2nd RC, 1st OpenTX

Making a global change in inputs or outputs would effect how all the flight modes operate. Why would I want to do that? Am I missing something? Now yes, that's why you'd want to adjust outputs first thing before setting up anything else to "calibrate" each servo's center and travel ranges...

You would adjust servo/linkage-specific things on the outputs page so as to separate this aspect from the mixes, you want those the same.

That's all perfectly normal. Drop is pretty quick to 3.7V/cell nominal around which it'll spend a good ~80% of the time to discharge.

Did you actually measure them externally? Might be the radio calibration that needs adjusting instead.

Very unlikely they'd fail that quickly unless they were fakes.

That's handled at protocol level so it's likely a specificity of freedomTX/the code they wrote to talk to their module not implementing it.

It's not the input you want to duplicate, inputs are not tied to channels.
It's the mixer lines you have on CH2 you want to copy to CH6.

If you have touchscreen used then your radio is running EdgeTX, not OpenTX so you need to use EdgeTX tools.

Re: 2nd RC, 1st OpenTX

Your copies are on the same channels as the originals, not on those you're going to connect your servos to, you probably want 5 and 6.
Outputs will need their own adjustments based on your servos/linkages to match both ailerons' centering and throws.

You don't change anything in Inputs, and in Mixer you copy the line of the first channel onto the 2nd.

Receiver/module firmware don't even need to be in a FIRMWARE folder, they can be anywhere on the card. It's only radio firmware that you want to be able to flash from the bootloader that needs to be there.

Yes because F-port is purely a receiver-side thing, it's not involved in the radio-side communications.

Likely hardware, the USB connection is detected by the 5V from the computer being present on the relevant pin. Might be a short / screwed up connection inside.

Re: Jumper T12 3 Position switch wont work

The screen reads 100, 0, -100 as I flip through the switch. If the channel monitor does show this then the radio correctly puts out 3 positions and you need to look elsewhere, either ELRS or the flight controller. Note that ELRS only supports 2 positions on some channels depending on configuration ...

Show what you get with OpenTX 2.3.15, when switching to AFHDS3 you should see Module status quickly going from "Not Ready" to "Connecting" as it powers up. I tried with 2 TX16Ss with OpenTX 2.3.15 and it's fine on both. Tried ETX 2.7.1 on one of them and it never moved from "...

Ratio should be "the max measurable value" so yes 36. Never had one of those receivers but if they do it the same as the older ones the fact they've put a 1/10 divider would lead to terrible resolution/precision so wouldn't be worth more than a ballpark (36V as 256 steps = 0.14V / step, no...
