Re: Can't get my X8R Rx to bind to my Taranis
Set the radio in D16 mode select a receiver id different from 0 press bind (the radio will beep)
Power up the receiver at a least 1m of distance from the radio while holding down the bind button.
power off the receiver exit from the model setup
power again the receiver on, it should be ok.

Re: Issue on 1.44 GVAR
There was a bug in version 1.42.
previous gvars should be checked carefully
the problem apply only to files saved on the pc with previous version and not to eeprom read from radio.

No for sky9x board you need sam-ba and related tcl_libs
With dfu-util it's a no go..

Re: What is the difference between saving as .bin or .eepe?
Absolutely no bothy .bin .eepe can refer too eeprom too .eepe are a modified intel hex format of the eeprom .bin are raw binary images at the time of 9x was much more comfortable to use .eepe as the tool for writing (avrdude) was using Intel hex with sky9x and now with taranis we are using .bin as w...

Re: STM32 F2 prozessor ADC with 10, 11 or 12 bit
Ok dudes,
even with 1024 steps, considering that the whole stick travel is about 5cm, we have that each step=5/1000= 0.05mm
So stop flying in the sky and go back with your feet on ground.
Has your thumb a positioning precision of 5 cents of millimeter ?
I really don't think so....

Re: Failsafe problems with X8R receiver
Actually no but, failsafe position are normally a serious thing to be set: in my idea you just need to set 4/5 channels 1) motor off 2) elevator up 3) rudder / ailerons for flat spin (depends on your model if it perform better right or left) Fail safe should not save the model but people. The model ...

Re: Failsafe problems with X8R receiver
in D16 mode the fail safe settings are supposed to be programmed by the radio. Fs are transmitted to the receiver every 9 seconds, so if you do the power off test before radio fs setting get transmitted to the RX you will probably get RX ones other way TX ones. The proper wa y to set failsafe in D16...

Re: PC recognition of Taranis Tx
The radio for reading the eeprom should be turned on with all warning cleared before connecting to the PC:
Two drives will appear
Then you will be able to read the eeprom.

Re: Center value C9X
The difference is huge...
ppm_center moves the center but leaves the +/- travels the same by moving also the limits...
offset move the center but leave the limits where they are, so +/- travels get different.

Re: Want the timer to count every second from 30seconds to z
there is also another solution:
set a custom switch
cs1 a<x "timer1 < 30" and cs2 duration 0.5
cs2 TIM 0.5 0.5
then in custom function
cs1 play value " timer1" do not repeat
no programming skills required

The first is a feature and not a bug, so you are supposed to know where are you creating mixers....

Re: Center value C9X
Flaps, there is no need to use offset, use PPM center.
It's far better, it has been implemented also considering multiples servos (center at 1610)
