Before I put an USBASP inside the 9x I placed the 10pin-header in the battery compartment.
It still had enough room beside the lipo.

Re: er9x development
There are many ways ... I e.g. prefer to use the "ele d/r" switch with throttle cut in position "off". If my Blade mCPX gets out of control in the living room it's just a snap with the ring finger ... (because in acro mode pulling throttle stick doesn't reduce throttle but apply ...

Hi John,
CPPM means Combined PPM. Mainly it's a FrSky-thing AFAIK.
Signals of all channels are "mixed" together to reduce wiring.
Feed Mr. Google or someone similar with "ccpm" and "FrSky"
and you will get some further answers.

Re: Audio (voice) - Stock 9X PCB
I just was aware of that fact, but I couldn't establish a working serial connection. Don't know why.
After flashing the FW ev'rything went OK.

Re: Audio (voice) - Stock 9X PCB
Hey guys, just in case someone has the same problems: Last night I finished the implementation of the megasound 9x and had an issue with flashing the board. I used the method with USBASP and the files in AVR.ZIP from the megasound homepage. To make it work I had to exchange the signatures of Atmega3...

Re: Problem flashing er9x using eepe to Turnigy 9XR
I had a similar problem some days ago while flashing a Turnigy Aquabox.
After a few faulty trials with verification errors I realized that the output voltage of the USBASP was set to 3.3V
After setting the voltage to 5V all went OK.

Re: Setup ?
Sorry,
can't help you in this case 'cause I'm neither familiar with the original FW nor with heli programming on er9x

Re: Setup ?
I doubt whether a V91x would bind with the FrSky module.
AFAIK you need to use your original 9x TX module.
The binding process however is independant of the firmware, it's just a thing between RX and TX module.
The binding procedure in the youtube video should therefore be the same for er9x.

Re: Switch mix
Hi, why replace a pot? Hasn't the Th9x enough switches?
See the attached Model you can load with eePe.
Channel 6 reacts to the RUD-Switch according to curve 9.

Re: er9x development
Hi,
found another issue with T-Trim in Rev. 805:
If T-Trim is activated, it seems like the elevator is mixed to throttle by ca. 12%.
Not only on display, but also seen by RX.

Re: er9x development
Hi folks,
I changed the firmware of my TX from Rev. 803 to 804 and found a problem with the Rev. 804 and also the latest test version:
Stick mode 2: if T-Trim is activated, it is not associated with throttle but with elevator (wrong stick).
