Found its because all my models have defaulted to no rf module when uploaded to this radio.
once I enable a accst d16 it came back

taranis plus se 2019 lost spectrum anylizer
new radio arrived with frsky firmware which had the spectrum anylizer working.
i updated to 2.3.2 and put a sd card in with the updated files but now no specrtrum anylizer option in tools.

Updated to 2.01 and the 10 second bug is still there on my setup says ten seconds ten times not 10 9 8 7 6 etc
