"Unknockable" safety switches template
This EEPROM demonstrates a novel safety switch which if accidentally knocked will not change state. It can be used with any three position switch, and requires that a sequence be completed that includes change in direction of the physical switch within a given time period to activate/deactivate the ...

Interesting, many thanks... Where did that come from? Surprised that it has no logos, dates or anything if it is an official FrSky document...vieuxdruide wrote:hi it's official

Re: FrSky 2015 firmware update
Hy, D-receivers are compliant, no update necessery. Please don't take offense (I know I am new here and don't know many people; most of my posts are on RCGroups), but have you heard that officially from FrSky or is that an assumption based on the fact D series seem to work with upgraded Taranii? If...

Re: FrSky 2015 firmware update
So the $m question... What does this mean for the D-series RXs? Are they compliant with the new ETSI standard? FrSky have said here that they will not recieve new firmware, so if they are not compliant surely they cannot continue to be sold in Europe? If so a lot of people are going to be very grump...

Yep, it's fully flight tested and works great - ask any questions you want in this thread, as the discussion may be useful for others too.

Np, I hope you find it useful. I hope to try out the Bluetooth dongle in the air this w/e, though at the moment the weather doesn't look great!

Re: BMFA fixed wing A & B certificate sequence callers
Not a bad idea. On the other hand the sequence should be burnt in to your mind before you take the test. Agreed, but you have to practice it enough first to get it burnt in! It won't be too long before the voice TX's become a nuisance on the flight line. This is already being talked about by many s...

Re: BMFA fixed wing A & B certificate sequence callers
TBH it's true I don't have many friends who want to spend their flying time calling for me as I practice, hence why I did this. There may now be more of them telling me to "shut that *@!&*TX up" now too...!Bill wrote:That sounds like the ideal present for a person who hasn't got any friends.

BMFA fixed wing A & B certificate sequence callers
EDIT - Now includes an EEPE for OpenTX 2.x. This EEPROM contains sequence callers for solo practice of the BMFA Fixed Wing A and B sequences. Calls are triggered by a short press of SH, and the sequence is reset (with an audible confirmation) via a long press of SH. The sequencer increments GVAR5 w...

Automated stall turn & blender throttle blip setups
Having seen Scotts' excellent video where he implements an automated stall turn cascade I decided to have a play with this myself. Having done this I realised most of the logic could be reused to create a setup which blips the throttle to "snap" a model cleanly into a blender (one of my fa...

Shockflyer with auto rates, stall turn & blender functions
This setup should work great on any simple 4 function shock flyer with a single servo for ailerons (Hyperion Sniper, RC Factory series, Telink series etc) - I use it on my RC Factory Sbach 342. Two EEPEs are included, one with automated stall turn / hammerhead and blender switch cascades (thanks to ...

Re: New openTX features
Pleased to see these issues seem to be being resolved, but I would still like to some some form of direct payment model from users to the team to augment any funds from FrSky; as far as I am concerned I am getting a Ferrari for free at present, so I have no issue with ponying up a few Euros for an a...
