Version 2 of that module will be released soon, so they say in the module description.
That's BS - They copy/pasted the description of the AVR module, that note was valid about a year ago...

No the bindings are done to the hardware for obvious reasons. You could swap the RF boards but that's it.

Re: Not acquiring telemetry data on Taranis X9D with DJT or XJT plug-in modules added.

You can still operate your D8 receivers with the internal module even after it is updated to LBT.

DJT would need external wiring or internal mod to get telemetry on the Taranis. The XJT does it out of the box but the DJT dates from way before FrSky even thought they would make a radio.

That's what a mixer line with e.g. "100% SA" does by default.

More complete description needed, since what we understand of it sounds like what a switch does by default when assigned.

Yes, or even better you can get these values spoken out to you so you don't need to take your eyes away from the model.

Re: Telemetry does not work in last Opentx2.2

2.0.20 is a downgrade from 2.1.9. Models and settings can not be transferrerd to older versions, and 2.0 behaved quite differently to 2.1 as far as telemetry goes.

If you use "backup radio to file" and "restore radio from file" no problem since nothing is actually touched. But you don't even need companion or a computer, you can just go on the version screen and backup the entire memory onto the SD card with ENTER Long. You can then put the card in another rad...

You need a folder on your computer with the SD card contents, and tell companion in the radio profile where that folder is.

I tried the recommended zateg driver installer app from the opentx download page. You probably screwed things up with that since that is only for one specific purpose that is not what you're looking for. Connect in bootloader mode and go in your device manager, check you can find "FrSky Taranis Boo...

The XM/XM+ do not have telemetry.

If you need telemetry you probably want an XSR or XSR-M.

Re: LUA on ersky9x

The reason we haven't even tried supporting Lua in radios with less RAM than the Taranis is that people regularly hit RAM limit even on that, so it was considered you barely could do anything useful with less and it would cause disappointment more than anything. Good that the "__ersky9x." is not sig...

You cannot make a single model, no. You need to read the radio contents, create the new model in the document that opens or copy one into it, then write again.

It seems Mike chose a completely different API from OpenTX, so yes the scripts will need rewriting.

I suppose most people who requested Lua on ersky9x would have expected direct compatibility, their goal not being to write scripts but to use existing ones.
