here is what i am playing with so far. mind you the curve is at a flat so i can get a better sense at what is going on with swash as i was trying to figure out the servos. still playing around with learning the radio and learning how everything works so dont shoot me if it looks crazy...lol and Joao...

so my swash plate is binding at the top and bottom of its travel and folks at other forums are telling me to lower the swash mix....but i cant seem to figure that out the only way i keep the swash plate from binding is by adjusting the travel limits on the three cyclic servos. is that what i am supp...

yeah,since i dont know how to bypass them how you want me to do it, Solder a single stranded wire from one end to the other end of each of the R4, R5, R7 resistors or unsolder these resistors completely and solder a wire instead of each of the removed resistors from one solder pad to the other one....

well i checked online on how to update the firmware.....and guess what i find out.....i need 2 uspasp to perform the update....ugh so i guess i am just going to wait til i get the new usbasp and try those out before i do any attempt on updating the firmware which i still dont know if it is required ...

i am going to see if i find any updates for the programmer to see if that may be the issue, but when i checked for updates thru my PC is said the device had the most up to date firmware on it, but i will double check again. i shall return with any info i find out....

i went ahead just to be safe and ordered 2 new programmers one from hobbyking and one from ebay the one i got inbound from ebay says it works with the atmega128 chip so lets hope that works for me and i will try reading again switches in the on position

Joao, ok this is what i got when i read voltage on "5V regulator" before testing the regulator i checked voltage on battery pack that read "11.25v" when i tested the 5v regulator, center "tab" being the negative lead and "outside" tab left and right being the ...

Joao, dont get me wrong i am not upset with you i am upset with the situation. if you think the hardware is the issue then send me a link to one that you know and trust works because there are 50 million folks selling these devices out there, this way i get the one you know that works and we can see...
