I have a flysky th9x with ER9X installed. I'm only doing fixed wing but this plane could do serious harm since it's turning a 13" prop. How do I program throttle lock?

Just getting started in this game and have much to learn. I have a flysky TX9X and have flashed it to opentx but its on hell of a learning curve.
