Does anyone know where I can get a spring kit to make the left stick (throttle) self centring on my Fly sky TH9X radio as it is being used to drive a truck and not aircraft
or do I have to buy a complete gimble unit to get the spring and the lever that makes it self centring

Rather than change the transmitter weighting and offsets. Can you use a hole closer to the servo, so that the throw is reduced. Also alter the steering link length so it runs straight. It is always preferable to get things as close as possible right mechanically, before reverting to adjusting thing...

TX fully calibrated and I like Eepe and the way it works allowing you to set up a model on the pc and then transferring it to the TX. got to alter the mix for the steering on the truck, as it throws the servo arm too far and rocking the truck on its suspension at full throw, do I go into mix and red...

Update I got the TX flashed with ER9X and used eepe to flash it companion 9x was giving me error messages I am thick I did not realise that the er9x had to be in the same folder as the eepe application file almost got the radio reset to the truck and the back light on the ELE D/R switch just got to ...

well the red LED comes on, on the smartie parts board so I presume the pc is talking to the board

2 receivers yes, but active at the same time of course. 2 modules, 2 receivers. so if you have eight channels on the TX, how do you control the second set of channels sorry for the silly questions, but I am new to using an complicated aircraft radio, I have used Planet T5's and T7's to control 1/14...

I take it that I need another receiver in the truck to get 16 channels and that I have to switch between the two unitskaos wrote:Put a Frysky DHT 8ch internal module, you will have 16 ch instantly. (8ch from your plug in module at the back, 8 from the int. module).

Ohh... So your walk around with Companion (or Eepe) was a positive experience? I have the hobbyking backlight on order and should get it soon, it looks like it is a very easy upgrade to the TX, Yes that will be easy as you will be plugging it into the Smartieparts card. as per the instructions. :) ...

Maybe a 'try before you buy' might work for you. Install Companion9x on your PC and have a play with things. It will give you a good idea of what you will have after you have put in the SP board.
