Thanks Mike I am away for the weekend but will test when I get back. Is the eepeV2.exe that is part of the zip file what I have to run or do I have to download it from somewhere and install it because I tried opening the one in your zip file but it gave me an error?

I flashed mbtx-frsky.hex from mbtx5.zip . Yes the directions are reverse but I will fix that reversing the wires. Did I flash the wrong firmware?

I have a voice module and have aurora 9 gimbals that is basically all Ive done, I dont know if I have done parallel or serial voice mod I did this many years ago. i will try eepe for the reversal

hey Mike I just flashed my M64 with the er9xv2 with r9m support, I see switches THR and AIL are frozen, they do not work and I wanted to ask if you removed te reverse function for stick movements since my rud and aileron sticks are reversed, I will probably have to reverse the wires to get that going.

thank you Mike for making it possible to use the r9m with m64. I dont have a taranis, is there a way to update the firmware on the r9m with the 9x?

Hey Ukalelefpv did you get the r9m module and did you get to flash it with your t9x radio? How do I know if I have the 64 or 128 processor?

Im guessing they are amplified these were basically the first gimbals

Remember guys I modified my 9xs with gimbals over a year ago, I was basically the second person to do it so it cant be the installation. I will open up the transmitters and see if anything is wrong but in reality if they worked for months they shouldnt be failing out of nowhere.

Guys for some reason 2 of my turnigy 9xs with taranis gimbals arent working anymore. On one the problem is with aileron, on the other the problem is elevator. When I move the faulty stick and come back to center, I can see the bar showing movement returning but not going completely to center instant...

Nevermind guys, I did not have the main connector correctly plugged in.

After my er9x reformatted itself I flashed the latest er9x. The thr and tran switch are stuck On. Is there a fix for this?

No I did not open the pot or measure, visually I can see the wire is perfectly fine, atleast where the insulation has the small rip. I believe I have the amplified gimbals since they will not work if I switch red and black wires. Thinking back from when I first got this transmitter I had problems wi...

the wire is not broken just the insulation but it is so small you can see on the photo so I covered it with some hot glue I think I will just use the original gimbal since taranis are giving me these problems.

Heres a little video of my pot problem. I opened the radio everything seemed fine except for a little break on the signal wire. I put some hot glue to cover it but it is doing the same thing.

No Joao it is not only one radio, if you read my post I have 2 turnigy 9xs. Right now I cant use any of them because pots are bad, on one with aileron, on the other the rudder.

I have not opened the radio yet but i know for sure the wiring is not the problem. I was basically the first to do the taranis gimbals on 9x mod and it worked for a few months so the problem is not wiring. I will open up the radio and see if any wires are defective but I dont remember seeing anythin...

Thanks guys for always helping me find solutions. The signal wire was not in the correct position on the bottom connection. Rudder pot is working as it should now. Thanks alot.

Now I connected back the signal wire. If i measure between the red and black I have 4.49 fluctuating to 4.51v. If I move to the left side it changes to 3.85-3.91v. To the right It jumps to 4.67v . Holding signal and red wire gives me 4.99v; signal and black gives me 0.49v. Moving stick while measuri...

I disconnected the signal wire which is the middle and measured between black and red, I get 0v. If I measure while moving the sticks still get 0v. Measuring from signal to either black or red I get 4.99/4.98v. If I move the stick voltage does not chance.

I don't understand.. it's just a pot like the other one. And it has the same voltage as the other. Sent from my GT-I9195 using Tapatalk Yes and it works fine with the original 9x gimbal so I guess something must be wrong with my radio. The right side has a taranis gimbal and it is working perfectly.
