Re: Cannot open Flight Path in Google Earth

Maybe if ramsus42, is using the FrSky Smart-Port GPS V2 Sensor (https://alofthobbies.com/frsky-sp-gps-s ... ps-v2.html)
dose not work reliably and maybe giving bad random data.

Hi Rad,
When you come to upgrading your 9xtreme Gimbals, you may want to consider the new M9-R Gimbals: (viewtopic.php?f=95&t=10431).

I see what you are saying dubadub425, I can not get the two SD card drives to show without powering down
in-order to power back up hold the trim switches (toward) each other.
So people must be taking the SD out before powering down to get the log files saved ?

Yes, see here where the 9xtreme SD card is: (http://openrcforums.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=95&t=7182). But with erSky9x you will use eepSkye on your PC and you should see two drives when connecting USB to your PC holding the trim switches together when powering your 9xtreme up (http://openrcforums.c...

I also am guessing and did / have you calibrate your Flight-Controller to where you are flying ?
It could take several minutes to find enough satellites and you may need to set your GPS home position before RTH will work properly.

You access the "maintenance mode" by holding the two horizontal trims apart. Mike. If the SD card is not forma...

Hi interestingfellow, I believe the M9 and M7 Gimbals use 3.3 volts which works with the AR9X board. If you have a bad AR9X board, it would be best to purchase another one, then to go backward to er9x and trying to find 5V sensors. Also you may want to consider upgrading your Turnigy 9X radio with the Ar9x board: (http://www.ar9x.net/).
This is a very good upgrade as it will move you from er9x to erSky9x firmware.
Sound and a lot more.
