I got a reply from Frsky:
"Hi Andre,
Thanks contact us, the R9M module don't support 9ms packets like the built-in 2.4Ghz XJT module of the transmitter.
Best regards
Ray"

Re: ERSKY9X on Taranis
Guys were can I find this option:
"XJT module has "double rate" option to reduce latency"
Shall I enable it to reduce latency?
I am using r221 final version
Thanks

Re: Virtual motor sound for quad race pilot
Ok I get your idea but I still prefer a more simple approach.
I will post a request in openrcforums.com, do you think this is the best place to talk with the devs?

Virtual motors sound for FPV race pilot
Is there a way to make the throttle outputting a constant analog sound with pitch tone increasing depending on the throttle position? I'm a FPV Race Pilot and sometimes I fly in big tracks and I can't ear the motors sound. A microphone in the quad is not a good solution because it outputs also wind ...

Re: Virtual motor sound for quad race pilot
Hi! thanks for the fast response
The idea was having the taranis reproducing the sound because the quad is far away to ear the motors sound.
To get an ideia it should sound something like this:

I've just posted a test version of er9x for '128 and '2561 processors with an option for 8 or 16 channels in PXX protocol (here: http://openrcforums.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=4598&p=64969#p64969 ). Mike. Truly amazing work Mike! I tested and it's working, 9ms frame rate acknowledged by ...

Re: er9x development
The only thing I can't configure is the number of channels in the PXX D16 protocol, this is a really important feature because in a Taranis we can change from 16CH to 8CH and the frame size is reduced from 18ms to only 9ms go get a better latency, In the disclaimer of your latest test version it sh...
