Re: Firmware not showing in Bootloader mode

Shorten file names to around 30 characters or less( I don't remember the exact number, 36 I think)
Somewhere along the line the FIRMWARES folder's name was changed to FIRMWARE. If it doubt put the firmware files into two folders, FIRMWARES and FIRMWARE and try to look at both.

Re: DSM2 module for Taranis X7

But for using iRange (either one) with OpenTx, you do not use PPM . You should use
"DIY MultiProtocol Module" with subtype DSM2 or DSMx.
I believe the knob one has to have the knob setup at zero, but I have only used the non-knob one.

I should have asked what transmitter also. I only use X9D and QX7, and have no knowledge of X10 or X12...maybe different there.

Re: Some sounds do not play in Opentx 2.2.1 not Companion

too_low has a bit rate of 22050. This is not a supported bit rate, I believe only 8000, 16000 and 32000 are supported. I'm suprized too_high.wav works. Its name is greater than 6.3 characters. Same for too_low.wav. 2_fast is very saturated volume. Not sure if that should cause a problem or not. Are ...

As Kilrah said, you are more likely to find these in boats and cars.
If the Speed Controller does not have a built in reverse, then NO you cannot make them run backward.

One (or two in your case) like

Re: Taranis X9D+ channels are all wrong on the Rx

Using Companion you can just use cut and paste. It only works line by line, not page by page but is still faster than editing on the transmitter or starting from scratch or retyping all lines. The Input order does not matter.Just make the MIXES correct and you are good to go. Logical Switches and Sp...

Yes, the settings for internal and external rf are in the model settings of each model. And you can select one or the other or both.

Re: TaraniTunes: Awesome music player for Taranis

Understood. The complexity isn't too bad if only using physical 2 or 3 position switches, but adding trim (which is very convenient to use in this case) is a pain. I had never tried it before and didn't even realize that the returned value was just a number incremented or decremented, and not true/f...

Gil Are you interested in streamlining this script re: easy of installation? I'm a tinker/hacker. The logical switches could all be replaced with getValue() for 'sd' and 'trim-thr' and a little logic. (The return from getValue('trim-thr') is the new throttle trim value, not an up/down.) It would be ...

Re: ***HELP US PLEASE*** Q x7 5 flight modes for Cheerson cx-20

You need a set of logical switches to select 1 of 5 flight modes. Assuming you really mean Flight Modes in the QX7 OpenTx 2.2 terminology. And flight controllers to transmitters. The terminology is different from manufacture/operating system(firmware) to manufacture/operating system(firmware). 0,1, ...

This is an interesting script. Replaces a piece of hardware I always take to the field, the Cell Capacity checker. If you upgraded from 2.0.x, you may not realize that the sensors must be discovered for each model.
Tx and Rx powered and sensors connected, then on telemetry page scroll down to "Discover Sensors' and enter.

I don't think you can. getValue only works on telemetry that shows in the discovered sensors AFAIK. None of my models show a txVolt or txBt like rxBt. Seems to be an oversight, might be worth an OpenTx issue. It might be worth trying "txBt" in a getValue just for laughs, but I don't think it will pl...
