Ok, I swapped my d8r to the x8r and it won't move the servos either, but will when installed in my plane, so the charger is the culprit or part of it. I'm off to try the d8r on the plane's ESC.

Yes, I saw that in a video online, and I will verify that I made that setting change. I'm going to go try once more to re-bind the receiver and move some servos- That way I can describe what is happening with precision, and answer any questions that come up. I get a solid red light with a very dim green light. When you move sticks, both lights blink or maybe just the red one does.

I believe I'm getting telemetry because it is bound, but I don't know why the servos won't move, only make noise when commanded.
