Re: Late on Parade! - Horus Tracks?

Try this google drive (not mine) for sound pack which is mostly the Amber sounds. https://drive.google.com/drive/u/0/folders/0BzuiTlJF3MDaYTF2WmZTb0EzR3c Ultimately I decided to make a completely new set of sounds - although not the quality of Amber - using this TTS program that's excellent. https:/...

Do you have an address for obtaining OpenTx 2.2? I've stayed away from the development for quite awhile - but now that the product is shipping I need to come up to speed toot sweet.

Re: OpenTX 2.1 released!

Hi I have downloaded and run 2.1.7, but when opening zadig driver it does not list stm bootloader, have done a uninstall and reinstall to no avail, even tried doing it on another comp with the same result. Open tx 2.0.xx is on the taranis x9d plus and running Windows 10. Has anybody any ideas as to...

Sorry or the delay in reply. Download the .zip and the .bmp is in there. I included a larger .png in the event you're interested in making a splash screen sometime. Zeta FX-79 Buffalo.png Hi guys, does anyone have an icon for the Zeta FX-79 Buffalo? http://litbimg5.rightinthebox.com/images/384x384/2...

Re: Taranis now not powering on ???

Is MikeB able to comment? I read a couple previous threads and I checked voltage at C54 and R76 and I get full battery voltage at both ends of R76. The processor needs 3.3V correct? Long story short I used my Taranis for a few weeks and today when I turned it on, nothing. Really odd. I checked pins...

Re: AND only works one way?

The AND function works perfectly for me with OpenTX 1.52. It doesn't matter which order I flip the switches back light comes on when both are in down position. I also tried changing the order of the two arguments in the line - no change. Works perfectly. Perhaps you could post our EEPE for examinati...

If you could display GVAR values in the telemetry screen this would be a snap to do. You could simply have the value assigned to a GVAR when the conditions you want were met.

Re: Taranis SWR Survey

I added a connector to the internal module and it bounces around from 0 to 16 depending on position. From what I've read in various forums this is still a good reading. My assumption is the connector introduced a small jump in the losses but it does not seem bad enough to worry about. You're correc...

That is exactly the point! FrSky is not going to grow (or survive) if they limit target audience to the tiny minority of the hobbyists that are DIY savvy.

Oh well, lets hope that we really can use some open source firmware on it, or it will be a big disappointment, at least for me. :( João Eva has told me the following a few hours ago: "FrSky radios provide the platform and FrSky offer support in every possible way to the developing teams."

I have heard that it will not be OpenTx or er9x compatible , but their OWN in house software. That's really the way it is now. They have a fork of OpenTX that they've modified and they ship the Taranis with. Customers have the option of leaving that firmware on (forever), or following the OpenTx te...

Re: taranis wont turn on

When you plug in the USB directly the USB powers the processor using the same power circuit you just tested. Try the following test: Hold the two horizontal trims inwards and switch on. This is supposed to go into the firmware bootloader, not the embedded STM bootloader. Now plug the USB cable in. ...
